Anyone is welcome to try us out risk-free, with no worry about long term obligations. All our training is on a month-to-month basis (read “no contracts”), so if you come try it out and its just not for you, you are free to end membership without penalty at any time. When you succeed, we succeed. We will get you into the best shape of your life, or your money back.
Unlimited monthly membership is $150 for students/military, and $170 for you grown-ups. First month’s dues covers our three 1-on-1 (mandatory) orientation sessions that will get you up to speed on the basic movements, proper technique, and general philosophy of our program. This gives you the opportunity to learn all of the exercises at your own pace before taking part in smaller classes in which we will slowly start introducing more volume and intensity into your workouts as you become ready for it. This is not to say you will be done learning after the 3 sessions, but all the more advanced movements you will learn thereafter will be easier to master having gone through the orientation first.
Once you are done with the orientation, you are welcome to come to any of our “classes” which are essentially small group, high intensity workouts with professional coaching and supervision. Most people start out doing 3 days a week, but after a week or 2 they start coming more often, up to 4-5 days a week. Group size may be as little as 2 or as many as 8 people, depending on the day and time. One great thing about CF is how easily it can be adapted for any beginner, so even though you may be doing a workout with several people of all different ages and ability levels, the weights/reps/time of your workout will always be tailored to your skill level.
