What is CrossFit?

“What is CrossFit?”

We will prepare you for any and everything.  In short, that means being physically and mentally ready for any task life may throw at you, from lifting something heavy (“Olympic lifting”, “King Kong” ), to running for your life (5K, 10K, etc), to anything in between.  This area is where most of our workouts fall.
