A2. Feel-me-up pushups 3 x 5, rest 3 min
B. 1 attempt at max rep PU – hit PR, rest 3-4 min,
C. 1 attempt at max rep ringdips, then

B. 3 rounds of: 25 sec row sprint @ 100% (5 sec to transition to rope) + 30 sec max DU, rest 1 min, 25 sec AirDyne sprint @ 100% (5 sec to transition) + 30 sec max DU, rest 1 min
