  1. A: Hang Power Snatch 3-3-3-3-3 – 105, 115, 120, 120, 125
    B: 3 Rounds – 30 DU’s, 20 GHSU, 15 KBS (2pd), 5 HSPU. Not sure exactly, but it was SLOW.
    C: Muscle Up work.

    WoD at 6000 feet in higher in elevation than I’m used to. Strength was alright, but I felt like I couldn’t get any air. Sucking wind as soon as I picked up the jump rope. Huge, get-as-much-air-as-you-can breaks in between sets. Brutal.
