A2. TTB – 3 x 15 rest 3 min
B. For time: 4 rounds of 10 HSPU, 15 KB swings (70/53), & 20 OH lunge @ 45/35 lb

    B. According to Brent this should’ve taken me about 5 minutes. Let’s just say I was way, way slower.

  2. Press – up to 170 x 4 (shoulda had 5, one of the reps was a bit off line)
    Can’t complain, that was my max 6 months ago
    Testing out the hip flexor again…
    7 min amrap – 3 clean & jerk (195) + 3 MU – 5 rounds + 2 CJ
    first 2 rounds were full (Squat) cleans, but hip wasn’t ready for much more.
    Then 3 rounds of 7 Bulgarian split squat @ 140 + 10 HSPU, rest 2 min

  3. Warm-up:
    400m run
    20 GHSU
    10 Push ups
    10 Squats
    10 Hang cleans

    Practiced Pull-ups and HSPU for about 15 minutes each

    WOD:

    150 Ball Slams
    7:18

  4. A1. Split squats: 5, 8, 7 each leg @ 70 lbs.
    A2. 6, 6, 6 — I WILL get this next time! It’s making me mad.
    B. 18:41 (i.e., not fast)

  5. A1: Bulgarian bitch square w/ 123 for 9, 8, 7 (I think)
    A2: 10, 8, 8
    B: stupid back screwed me up on KBs, so time isn’t that applicable. Either way o would have beat Andy.
