  1. Press 5 3 1 – 145, 165, 185×2 (old PR)
    Light jerks w/3 sec negative @ 245
    3 x 5 wtd PUs @ 31X1 w 70 lb
    Then 5 rounds of 5 MU, 10 burpees, 10 pullups as fast as possible, 4 min rest

  2. Complete 6 rounds of:
    Power clean: touch ‘n go for 4 reps, 30s rest (65lbs)
    Behind the neck barbell press: 6 reps @ 3111. (34lbs)
    2 minute rest-foam roll spine
    5 Rounds for time of:
    5 deadlifts (65lbs)
    12 box jumps (20″)
    3:45

    *If I could get all the Pull-ups I would have done it completely Rx’d :-/
